We have many spaces to choose from to accommodate your guests from 15 to 350. Our experienced team of event specialists are available to plan every detail, from menu customization to theme and décor conception, so that your special event will reflect all the care and attention that your event deserves.

The grand ballroom – the name says it all! Here we can provide seating up to 350 guests.
Accommodates up to 75 guests with a dance floor for all our friends and family to let loose and celebrate!
Accommodates up to 45 guests (can also be divided in half for a more intimate setting).
Accommodates up to 25 guests (can also be divided in half for a more intimate setting, image shown).
You get fresh air and romance when you choose the unity circle. What else could you ask for?
Just like the movies – our gazebo is picture perfect. Please note that the gazebo has a seating limit of 40 guest chairs.

The charm of historic Williamsburg coupled with the pristine craftsmanship of the 25,000 square-foot clubhouse creates an ideal setting for celebrating your wedding day. Our experienced team of event specialists are available to plan every detail from menu customization to theme and décor conception so that your special event will reflect all the care and attention that your day deserves.

We start your day with dressing rooms for both parties on separate levels and opposite sides of the building so there is no worry of running into each other – no peeking!
There is no time limit on these rooms so you can play in the Billiards room ($500 rental) or relax with mimosas while getting hair and make up just right in the complimentary newly renovated Hearts Room.
The Unity Circle is an expansive lawn that provides an ideal setting for an outdoor wedding ceremony surrounded by the lushly landscaped championship golf course and perfect sunset.
We will prepare for the arbor and chairs to be set up in the arrangement of your choice. You may face the fountain or the beautiful facade of the clubhouse, and arrange the guest chairs in rows or a romantic unity shape.
Everyone loves cocktail hour! While the newlyweds, bridal party and family are taking photographs all over our beautiful grounds, your guests will enjoy an array of passed and plattered hors d’oeuvres and beverages.
We host cocktail hour in the newly renovated grand lobby and the outside veranda, overlooking the Unity Circle, with plenty of mingling and seating space.
The Grand Ballroom of the Colonial Heritage Club offers an inviting atmosphere for hosting up to 300 of your family and friends. It was renovated in 2017 with new carpeting, chandeliers, curtains, sconces, paint, wallpaper, and more.
Together we will create the layout you desire for the DJ, cake, gift, photo booth, sweetheart table, head table, and all the details of your dreams!
Tournaments
The classic architecture of this Arthur Hills championship golf course will inspire friendly competition and camaraderie amongst all participants. Our staff of PGA Professionals is seasoned at planning first-class events that are custom tailored to meet each guests’ specific tournament needs.
Tournament guests will have access to the vast practice facility to warm-up before their rounds and afterwards are encouraged to utilize the banquet salons of the Clubhouse for hosting a scoring or cocktail reception. All dining arrangements will be coordinated by our banquet and tournament staff to ensure all details are attended to.
